In the dynamic world of business, adaptability and growth are keys to long-term success.  One critical aspect of this growth is finding the right location for your business.  We at Costume Specialists, have recently embarked on an exciting journey of moving our operations from our old, multi-level facility to a more spacious and efficient single-floor location on the southwest side of Columbus, right off I-270.  As of December 1st, 2023, we are located at 1801 Lone Eagle Street, Columbus Ohio 43228.  In this article, we explore the benefits and motivations behind our big move.

A New Beginning

For years, our business has thrived in the heart of downtown Columbus.  However, as we grew and expanded, it became increasingly apparent that our current location was holding us back.  Our old multi-level facility was plagued with challenges that hindered our ability to operate efficiently and adapt to our evolving needs.  One of the most significant issues was the physical layout of our old building, with multiple floors and the need for an elevator to access different departments.  This resulted in time wasted on navigating floors and waiting for the elevator. It also meant that accessibility for all our employees and visitors was not as smooth as we’d like it to be.

Embracing Efficiency

Our new single-floor facility has already proven to be a game-changer in terms of efficiency.  The absence of stairs and elevators has made navigation seamless, allowing our team to move freely and quickly between departments.  This improved mobility has not only saved us time but also increased overall productivity.  Moreover, the new location provides ample space for all our operations, reducing congestion and streamlining our processes.

Location, Location, Location

One of the most significant advantages of our new business location is its accessibility.  Being situated on the southwest side of Columbus, right off I-270, we’ve bid farewell to the hustle and bustle of downtown congestion.  This not only eases the daily commute for our employees but also makes it more convenient for our clients to visit us.  The improved parking facilities and ease of access to major highways have already received positive feedback from both our team and our customers.

Room for Expansion

One of the primary motivations behind our move was the need for space to accommodate our growing business.  Our old location limited our ability to expand and diversify our services.  The new facility provides us with the space we need to meet our ever-evolving goals and the chance to explore new horizons without constraints.
